All clients must have a card on file. ••••• DOWNGRADING ••••• In order to respect my time, full payment of the original service booked will be required when your service is changed to a lower service value on the same day of your appointment. ••••• GIFT CARDS ••••• Any gift card purchased will expire 1 year after the original purchase date. *****COVID***** — Please DO NOT come to your appointment if you or anyone you live with has been in close contact with a confirmed covid case, is self isolating, and/or displaying symptoms consistent with covid-19 (cough, congestion/ runny nose, sore throat, fever, etc..) Contact me right away if you need to reschedule and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. — If at any point during your appointment you show ANY covid-19/ cold/ flu like symptoms, no matter how minor, you will be asked to leave immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICY
••••• CANCELLATION /RESCHEDULING POLICY ••••• - Cancellations with less than 24hr notice= 50% fee of the full price of the reserved service value - same-day cancellations = 100% fee of the full price of the reserved service value ••••• NO SHOWS ••••• - Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a canceled appointment and a 100% cancellation fee.
